[font=Arial][size=10.5pt] [/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]3.[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]深度麻醉的呼吸抑制，可持续至术后或复发。所以应对这类病人做适当的监测观察，复苏器具与药物（包括拮抗剂）应准备到位。呼吸抑制往往是和剂量相关的，可用特异性拮抗剂（如：纳络酮）使其完全逆转。由于呼吸抑制持续的时间可能长于其拮抗剂的效应，有可能需要重复使用拮抗剂。麻醉期间的过度换气可能减少呼吸中枢对[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]CO2[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt]的反应，也会影响术后呼吸的恢复。[/size][/font][font=Arial][size=10.5pt][/size][/font]
